1. Ownership

TomsMiniMall.com (also called Tom’s Mini Mall) is owned and operated by Thomas Beaver, its sole owner. Thomas Beaver designed, directed and authored the website, including its coding, together with everything designed by him inside the mall, including:

the TomsMiniMall.com website, its pages, layout, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images and source code;
TM Gaming and its games, including Slap Happy 3D, USA (Neighborhood Watch 2) and Neighborhood Watch;
Open Microphone, Tom’s Roots Link, the Featured Sites section, and every other section, feature and link page designed by him within TomsMiniMall.com.

All of the above is the property of Thomas Beaver and TomsMiniMall.com.

2. Copyright

Without written permission from the owner, no one may copy, reproduce, republish, modify, frame, mirror, distribute, sell or make commercial use of any part of TomsMiniMall.com or its games, designs or code, or create works derived from them.

3. Trademarks

The following names, and the logos and icons used with them, are trademarks of Thomas Beaver and TomsMiniMall.com:

TomsMiniMall™ and Tom’s Mini Mall™
TM Gaming™
Tom’s Roots Link™

They may not be used to name, advertise or promote any other product, app, website or service, or in any way likely to confuse people about who made or endorses it, without written permission.

4. What this notice does not cover

Member content. Listings, photos, posts, videos and messages that members create belong to the members who made them, as described in the Terms of Use.
Outside websites. Links to other websites, including the free genealogy sites listed in Tom’s Roots Link, lead to sites owned by others. Their names and content belong to their owners, and a link does not mean TomsMiniMall.com owns or endorses them.

5. Reporting misuse

To report copying of TomsMiniMall.com or its trademarks, or to ask permission to use them, email support@tomsminimall.com. To report a copyright problem with member content, see the Copyright page.
